Bee's Wrap Beeswax Bread Wraps, 2 Pack - Bakery Lane & Honeycomb

I’ve been looking and looking for something to use with my freshly baked bread FOREVER. This wrap was the only one I was willing to give a try. At first I wasn’t too sure I liked it, until I got used to it. It’s very big and so far I’ve only used it for 2lbs bread, made in bread machine (so it’s not like a standard shape loaf, just fyi), and it leaves a lot of room. It clings very tightly so no air can penetrate and dry out the bread. Your hands truly warm the wrap up and helps seal it. The material is thick, too. I believe this will last A WHILE. Now onto the freshness of the bread. I’m embarrassed to admit I neglected a little less than half a loaf, just by eating stuff that didn’t require bread with it. So today I remembered it and went to toss it (I know, I HATE wasting food!), but to my surprise the bread is still fresh!! I think it’s been 5 days since I made it. If not 6. By now my bread would smell and mold if I kept it in a ziplock like I did before. It would get weird and sticky when I touch it. But now, none of that! The bread smells the same great smell, the texture is just as any bread would give you like the next day after baking. I SWEAR I was very surprised by this. Now I think I need to buy more for cheeses. I am so very impressed! (I was not incentivized for this review, fyi.) it’s just my honest experience with the product! 10/10 recommend!

Finally a way to keep my sourdough loaf from spoiling. It’s a large enough beeswax sheet that fits the loaf snugly and keeps it fresh for as long as it lasts. Easy to clean then ready for the next loaf. Will be buying from them again!

I really like this beeswax bread wrap for storing homemade bread. It’s easy to use, reusable, and a great alternative to disposable plastic bags or wrap.

Excellent product - my second one! Keeps bread fresh much longer. Nice honey smell. Easy to clean by hand. Looks like it will last a very long time. Quality material.

I really liked how this worked when I used it the first time. It kept my bread much fresher than the bags did. I will say though, that even though I rinsed in cold water like it recommended, I feel like it doesn't keep the freshness quite as well. It does still seal great, and it still better than the bags, so I would still recommend.

I got a bread maker for Christmas and I’ve been making bread almost every day since. I was very worried about freshness and keeping mold away because I live in a humid tropical climate. Store bought bread starts getting moldy within 3 days in their plastic if they’re sitting on the counter. Well, these wraps work! I really want my family to greatly reduce ultraprocessed foods and the plastic wraps they come in, and these wraps keep the bread mold-free AND soft like the day it was baked. The wraps are super easy to use, smell really nice, easy to clean with just a rinse (we use these only for homemade bread), and plenty large enough to fit a whole 2lb loaf. A few tips: 1. Let your bread cool COMPLETELY after baking. I usually wait over an hour, til the crust is COOL - not warm - COOL to the touch. 2. I slice up the bread and let them sit flat on a cooling rack to let any residual heat/moisture escape. Not sure how long, I usually go off and do something and then come back to it maybe 20-30 minutes later. 3. Stand the bread slices upright and make sure they fit back together right before wrapping. This keeps the crumb as moist as it needs to be while wrapped. 4. I wrap both ends, but unwrap only one end every time I need a slice just to make it easier to rewrap. I also grab slices from the middle and save the ends for last. 5. I keep them in a closed pantry in the kitchen, away from any heat sources or moisture. Definitely don’t keep it out on the counter next to the stove/air fryer/toaster/dishawasher/etc. So far, my French bread has lasted 3 days, and my wheat/milk breads have lasted 4 days. The only reason I can’t vouch for longer than that is because my family eats it up by them. Although, based on the freshness up to the very last slice, I’m sure the bread is capable of lasting at least a couple more days beyond that. I will recommend these to everyone I know who bakes at home and will likely buy a few more for myself as I get more comfortable baking.

I rarely write reviews, but I love this bread wrap so much I hope to inspire others to try it. I am impressed with the way it’s so malleable, great to easily fold around a big load of bread, and it keeps my sourdough fresh for many days without drying out or molding. The wrap also smells faintly of honey on warmer days, so pleasant! While I got it for bread, I’m going to order more for other things and try and eradicate plastic from my pantry. Thank you for a wonderful and earth friendly product!

Cute and functional—it seals up great! I originally bought this to wrap homemade loaves of bread, but now I use it for just about everything. I love this food wrap because it helps me cut down on plastic use in the kitchen, and I’ll definitely be buying more soon. It does an amazing job of molding to any dish or item. Just a heads-up: if you leave it out in the heat, the wax might temporarily make the outside of your dish a little sticky, as some can transfer from the wrap. For example, I wrapped bagels in a dish that sat on the counter in a warm kitchen, and the dish ended up with a light beeswax film—but it was easy to wash off.

Loving it. Keeps my homemade loaf bread fresh and tasty for a week on the counter! Love it! It does feel very waxy, but that’s the point. Will definitely buy again!

Love these Beeswax wraps!! They are easy to use and keep my bread fresh! Can also be used to cover bowls of food instead of plastic wrap!
