I got this as my wrists can hurt when doing flat pressups. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has discomfort in their wrists when doing pressups as this obviously keeps them straight without your whole bodyweight on them at a right angle.I definitely now like the option to do different types of pressups, and being slightly off the ground makes it possible to go deeper and get the most out of them.Seems completely sturdy when flat and folds in half for better storage. The holds also seem completely sound when secured, and come in and out of place with ease. I haven't used the resistance band yet but it's a nice added extra that I don't think most other boards have.

Great board can feel pressure after usage on the indicated part of the body. The handles are quiet sturdy and hard to remove when changing positions but overall great. Only thing is I was missing the cords (x2). Customer service is responsive so I hope this will be sorted smoothly.

This is really good and sturdy. It's the perfect size and allows me to vary my push ups more than without it. Comes with bands too although they're quite lightweight, but that wasn't why I wanted this piece of kit, plus it was cheaper to buy this one with bands than one without bands.

Probably dont need this to do the exercises you need. Resistance band is pretty useless so dont buy because of this. Might work for others, but so far, not sure how much this helps over regular push-ups. Not sure how much this is helping my wrist pain - probably slightly better than regular push ups, but still slightly awkward to use. Feel like push up bars which are separate give more room for customiseable workouts, as with this, the bars are a ffixed distance apart

This is great value and a must for pushups. Even if your wrists don't hurt doing standard pushups now, get a board like this (or similar bars that mean your hands aren't flat to the floor) and save your wrists! This board helps target the 3 different areas well and you can really feel each area getting a good workout. One thing worth noting is that if you don't have a hard floor to use the board on (it has soft feet that you stick on to protect your hard floor also) and have to use this on a carpet, then place some fairly thick cardboard under the front half of the board (see attached picture) to stop the board feeling like it is tipping forward when using the handles in positions further away from you.I can't review the band's as I've not used them, and don't have any interest in using then (solely purchased for push ups). Once again, I paid around £10 for this board, and I think that's amazing value for what it offers.

The first time I used this one of the grips slipped out of place and I almost fell on my face, which definitely doesn't fill me with confidence when it comes to attaching resistance bands to the hoops. Just invest in some push up grips that rest on the floor, this board isn't worth the risk of hurting yourself.

I loved the build quality it feels sturdy and supported and the spacing for each exercise is perfect. I bought it for the current lockdown as i could tell i was putting on a couple pounds and wow does it do the job perfectly. Would recommend to anyone it is perfect if you are just getting into fitness or just need something to do in lockdown.

I was skeptical at first when I saw this but it’s grown on me since I purchased it. I normally tend to do the same press-ups but since purchasing this I have being able to vary the types of press ups I do and also notice a difference in the various muscle groups. I would recommend this but user need to patient and follow a plan results are not seen over night. The plan provided is a good start too. I also take mine on trips with me so if I can’t find a gym I can use it, I’ve modified my plan to include star jumps and jogging on the spot.
