The display case is quality made. Very sturdy and the flag fits perfectly. The only downside I could find is the clips that hold the back on are kind of weak. They tend to bend out from the bulk of the flag. If they were a bit stronger I'd have no complaint.

First one was received with broken glass but they quickly authorized a return and sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived in great shape and very quickly. We mounted my son’s Eagle Scout certificate and flag and it looks great. I am sure that it will last forever since it is beautifully crafted and is very sturdy. Great customer service will definitely add this company to my trusted vendors list. Thanks very much.

When it arrives a few months back it looked great. I have been waiting for a few medals to put in. This is for my grandfathers flag from WWI. yesterday I went to put it together and found bubbles in the cheap tape that is used for the "mahogany" colored veneer. Its not even a plastic venire, but cheaply made tape that doesn't stick well It is said, I paid good money and it will probably not be used in the crappy condition after sitting in my office for a few months.I would not advise purchasing this.

I have had this hanging on my wall for seven months and last night it randomly fell because the mount for it ripped out of the back. Luckily it did not fall on one of my kids. But I would avoid it. I had to order a seconds one originally as well because the first one had a lot of cosmetic issues with the laminate peeling/bubbling. This was the replacement and it didn’t even last 7 months… I’m very disappointed with this product

This product was delivered clean well packaged, and ready to install without additional work. Planning to use this one again compared to other competitors for the above stated reason.

The front and outer sides look great. I had trouble actually fitting the flag I received at my Dad's burial into the case. I don't know the flag's dimensions, and I didn't want to unfold it to measure. The guide for getting the right size is a good one, though. My flag is 21" across the base and approximately 13" from the top corner to the center of the base. However, when it came time to fit the flag into the case, I had to stuff and tuck a lot. Some of the drill holes for the holders on the back were too close to the edge of the compressed wood, and tore out. I had to redrill the holes further in. One of the pictures I submitted shows the big gap as the little metal holder struggles to hold the back into place. I better not move the case around much, it might pop. My flag is a very heavy material and the stars are stitched into it. And the side where the flag edge with the grommets folded in was very thick. I think the case could be just a little more roomy from front to back, maybe a forth to a half inch, and it would have been perfect for me. I like the looks of it from the front, so I am not totally unsatisfied.
