I've bought several of these from this company. There has been only 1 issue with one of the waist trainers. One of the support started to come out. Easy fix with a couple of stitches

I love this waist trainer, it helps lift my boobs, it helps me not eat as much and it absorbs sweat pretty well, I hate those workout ones where it leaves your stomach all wet from sweat.

Id you just want this for support order your size.Example I am xl i ordered lg.First time putting this on I needed help.2nd time I was able to do it myself and I wore an undershirt, that was a mistake. It kept sliding up.3 day hooked from below my pouch and to the top, zipped. Put my arms in the shoulder harness and pulled up under my girls, This baby held me in all around and stayed in place, no folding rolling, posture perfect awesome support, makes me not want to take this thing off. When I took it off my stuff was flat and looking good which is motivation to put it back on. Mind you I wear it all day at work.It does kinda restrict food intake, thats a plus. Today Im moving up to the second row, it looks like Ill be donating this soon as it get past the 3 row and too loose for me.. I love this shaper, oh by the way I bought 2 one for my daughter, she loves hers also

Easy to put on and feel the heat right away. I really like how it fit my body perfectly. The only discomfort is on the back one of the wire keeps poking my back when I sit but besides that I really like it.

I was skeptical at first to buy it because of some bad reviews and especially the price but took my chance and so glad that I did love this waist trainer can’t wait to go a size lower so I could purchase another one.

If ur build like me with curves a big but small waist and deep arch this is perfect for you I finally found one that goes over my butt and doesn’t raise or dig in my back because of my arch this product is perfect. Sizes are exact if ur waist is small go a size down . So that it can actually grab u it u get exact fit it might not do what u want it to but great product

I would follow the size chart. I should have ordered an 2xl but did a Large, I still like it. It’s obviously too tight since I didn’t follow it but it isn’t uncomfortable and I still fit in it so I’m not mad! I love it. I have not tried working out in it yet but I’m sure it will be good.
