These were recommended for use with sound absorption/diffusion foam squares in a music studio. If you plan to use these for that purpose, purchase some super glue. They did not stick to the foam at all. I had them all over the walls, left the room for a bit, and they all fell off! Don’t buy into Amazon’s recommendations

This is awesome to hang stuff in the wall to not put holes in the wall.
