Progressive International BA-510 Snap-Fit Measuring Spoons , 5 Piece Set , multicolored

To clarify I bought the colorful measuring spoons in this ad. I bought a set several years back and liked them so much I've bought a second set (because of course if you do a lot of cooking you always need yet another tablespoon of something that is the opposite of what you just scooped).My set - I wash in the dishwasher all the time with no issue. No magnets have fallen out - they still magnetize together and nest together. The measuring area is accurate.What I like about these is once you know the colors you can just reach into the drawer for the correct size without having to read the label. They also fit into tight spots since they snap and nest together. Great price and the product works very well for my needs.

I love these little measuring spoons. It's so convenient to have them snap together without being attached to a ring. They don't get lost in my massive spoon drawer because they each fit into any of the rest of the spoons in the set. We've had them several months and use them daily, but the printed type is still in perfect condition. Great kitchen tool!

I always hated measuring spoons that came on a plastic ring. The ring always broke and your spoons would be loose all over the drawer. So when I bought the metal Progressive magnetic spoons I thought I had found perfection. They were wonderful for several years, until the plastic part that contained the magnet started cracking and coming off. Then I saw these, which simply snap together and are in an assortment of fun colors to boot. Having a double sided spoon is brilliant, because often you need the same measurement of different ingredients in a recipe. Also the two different shapes are useful, as the longer shape fits better into spice jars. A flat bottom means they can sit patiently on the counter if you need two hands to fill them with something. I hope whoever designed these spoons got a big bonus, because they thought of everything you could want in a measuring spoon.

Before buying these I was using a set that was permanently attached to a ring (I really need to cut that ring off) and a really old incomplete Tupperware set. I was spoiled as a child to always have the easy to separate Tupperware ones for baking and I needed something similar to replace it. I like how the spoons separate for easy use and there is no ring to reattach them to. When I take one spoon out of the middle the remaining spoons still snap together. It is nice to know I have two ends to work with while baking. I like the fact I can rest the spoon on the counter and fill it with liquid--really nice when the other hand is covered in some kind of goo! I like the colors--over time I will begin to think "Oh, I need the yellow spoon" when I need the one teaspoon measure. They are sturdy and do not bend when I scrape the filled spoon against the flap of the baking soda box to level out the measure (the old Tupperware ones flexed just a bit too much.)These will go on my list of practical gifts to give.

These are nice and compact and I love the different shaped ends that allow for getting into small spice bottles without taking the lids off. However mine don't stay snapped together. Therefore they always manage to scatter in my utensil drawer. A small magnet on each to keep them locked together would have been great.

This is a review of Prepworks by Progressive Snap Fit Measuring spoons. I am following the Trim Healthy Mama diet and I use so many measuring spoons each day, it is crazy. I like that there are two spoons on each measuring spoon. It helps me to not have to rinse spoons if when I am making a recipe and one ingredient sticks to the spoon, I can just use the other end of the spoon. Also I like how the one end is designed so that it easily fits into spice jars without it being hard to get your spices out. I am going to get another set soon since I do use a lot of measuring spoons each day. This is a nice set and the price is good for the quality measuring spoons that you get.

Having double headed, magnetic measuring spoons saves a lot of time and eliminates clutter. No longer do I have to rifle through the measuring spoons in the drawer, trying to find the one I want. These spoons nest together and you just take out the bunch, use the one you want and put the rest back. The two heads on each spoon are great for when you have a recipe that calls for, say, a teaspoon of vanilla and a teaspoon of salt - you've got two teaspoons in one spoon, so you don't have to worry about drying off the spoon wet with vanilla before measuring the salt. Got a narrow jar you need to dip your measuring spoon in? Each measuring spoon has a wide spoon and a narrow spoon; wide's good for liquids (deeper bowl, less spillage) and narrow's great for those afore-mentioned narrow jars. Last but not least, they're adorable and a happy, colorful addition to our now, much less cluttered utensil drawer. Little children love using them - in fact, we got our grandson his own set, because he loves using ours as he learns to cook.

I've been cooking for 45 years. I enjoy using these measuring spoons. No rings to deal with. The color and markings last. I can easily separate the spoon I want from the others. The round and oblong shape on each spoon fit easily into small and large spice containers. Putting them away is a snap and they don't come apart in the drawer.

Clip together well. Measurements are easy to read. IF the print were to wear off at some point (and I’m not saying it will), you’d still know the measurements by their colours.

Bright and colourful, the picture isn't too far off. Replaced a set of similar looking magnetic ones that died when they stick to oven trays and inadvertently got put in the oven. These Ines aren't magnetic so won't have that problem. But they still press together well.

El problema con estas cucharas medidoras es que no se fijan bién la una a la otra, lo cual era el principal atractivo, pues mantenian el cajón mas ordenado.
