A Great product to people who practice sport for the benefit offfer

I have been using this product for over 10 years, and I have yet to find a vitamin that has EVERYTHING in it…. It actually gives you energy. I have had 1/3 of my intestines removed, so nutrition is affected. I use these vitamins to give my body what it is missing, The only down side is that you have to take 6 a day. You can divide it with meals, I take it all at once. Before you balk at this,…. they are capsules, so that helps getting them down.. It IS worth the effort.

I just started taking them, but I definitely feel better already. They were delivered with next day shipping but be warned. They are a horse pill. They are about an inch long.

The dosage will say take six to get what is listed for aday..you could take one or two and get more than from a cheaper 'one a day' bought at a grocery or pharmacy store. I would suggest taking two or three at one time so as not to overwhelm the digestion. This was a good purchase n price for me..I take three a day and do the six only if I've been eating poorly or need an extra lift for the day.

I started taking Spectro when I was 28 in 1993 and I can still remember feeling a very noticeable lift in my energy levels. I remember that the difference was profound enough that I actually told the friend who owned a supplement store and had turned me on to this multi-vitamin as well as several other people. I have even bought bottles and given them away to loved ones in hopes of aiding them in having good health. So...suffice it to say that, not only would I recommend this to a friend, I would buy them the first bottle. I typically take 2 or 3 pills a day. If I took all 6 I would space them throughout the day so as to best use the nutrients. However, I typically eat low fat meats, steamed veggies, whole grains and healthy foods of that nature so I don't need all 6 capsules. Further, Consumer Labs has always given Solaray very good reviews. These are very high quality vitamins. You can't go wrong here.

I've been taking these for 6-9 months. I take half the daily dose - so I take three capsules a day. One day I found a website (wish I could remember where) that took each symptom, i.e., tiredness, hair loss, mood swings, etc., and it basically said, If you experience this symptom, your body is probably low in this vitamin/mineral. So I went through the list and wrote down all the things I was probably lacking. I went to the health food store and looked through the labels of all their supplements and Spectro was the one that had the most of what my body needs. Since then, my hair doesn't fall out like it used to, my fingernails are stronger and longer, my mood swings aren't as frequent, and I haven't been sick hardly at all. When I do get sick, it's mild and quick. I haven't had any negative side effects so I'll keep taking them.
