I've never had a bad B&W product
I've never had a bad B&W product. This turnover ball gooseneck is no exception. Installation was fairly straight forward. I would DEFINITELY recommend running all the bolts through their holes before beginning the install. The paint over spray inside the holes makes it a little difficult to run the bolts in when under the truck. Very happy with the fit of the hitch. Great American made product!

The hitch was not bad to install, but if you are not mechanically inclined you may want to have a local hitch company install for you. It does require drilling a large hole and crawling around for a few hours under your truck. I removed the box bolts and lifted it up to aid in the install but wasn't required and made it easier to install. I just used a floor jack and a board to lift it up a bit.I also bought "B&W Companion Slider 5th Wheel Trailer RV Gooseneck Hitch Adapter RVK3405" for my GMS 2500HD and they worked great together.

Worked for me
Installed on a 2018 GMC Duramax. If went together pretty well. took me about 3.5hrs by myself. Not sure how much a place would charge to install but it would be worth at least $300 to me to pay someone. its hard to get the torque wrench on a few bolt but i made it work the best i could. If you cant get a bolt to line up then make sure the other bolts are loosened and you should have enough play to fit them in. Product is made well. I wish the color was black to blend in with the frame.

Well-engineered and superbly built. Installed fairly easily. Instruction sheet did not quite match my truck relative to exhaust heat shield design, but this presented no real problem; I guess Chevy changed their design a bit. It actually made the install easier.Update: It's been several weeks since installing; haven't used the hitch yet but will be soon. I dropped off a star because the powder coated finish has popped off of the only part of this hitch that shows, which is the circular area just below the ball. Rust is ugly. I'll have to clean it up and dab on some primer and paint, I guess.

To follow the directions to a T. Check an recheck all your measurements before drilling the hole.
The hitch was very well built! . all the parts were there !the direction were easy to follow , all though i did call B&W to reassure myself on the measurements before i drilled a hole in the bed of my new truck 😵I didn't get a hitch cover ,that I thought should have been included.

Quality
Simple install and good fit. As expected from B&W. Installed on 2019 3500 long bed 4wd single wheel duramax. Used in conjunction with b&w companion 5th wheel adapter. Required slight notch in bed pinch weld to install cross members, not visible after painting black.
