First batch of this case, shipping prior to the actual iPhone 12 pro release was sized slightly too small- torras customer service is AMAZING though. They way they responded to the issue was the best service I think I’ve ever experienced:They immediately acknowledged the issue. They have sent me a replacement as soon as the manufacturing was fixed and the new batch arrived. In the meantime they provided a free alternative case, arriving next day, to keep my phone safe whilst i wait for the replacement. They kept in contact and couldn’t help more. You can’t really ask for a small problem to be dealt with in a better wayI now have the latest version of this case as of November 26th 2020 and it fits the iPhone 12 pro perfectly. Reviews prior to this should probably be considered for the initial batch that was a few millimetres too small

I bought this to keep me going because the idiots at Apple decided not to release their iPhone 12 leather cases at the same time as the phones.I’m glad they did because I couldn’t be happier with this case! It feels great in your hand and the slim profile and minimalist design is exactly what I wanted.It also came with 2 screen protectors and although I never normally add them to my phone, I decided I’d give them a go and if I couldn’t get it on perfectly after 2 attempts I’d leave it. Not sure how but I got the first one on without any problems and I can’t even tell it’s on so it’s a nice bonus to know my screen is protected too.Unlucky Apple, you’ve just lost a customer for your case that’ll probably be 5x more expensive, I’ll stick with this one!

I was looking for a nice case so this one looked perfect. Sadly I quickly realised that it slips off very easily and not it’s also scratched on the pack without me using it too much.Very disappointed

I bought this case for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max and it looks feels great. The only problem is that it won't fit on my docking station without taking the case off. I got an Apple MagSafe and this is has given me the same problem. I don't like any of the gold Apple cases so I guess I will just have to take the case on and off on a regular basis. Quite disappointed when it was advertised as 'super thin'

Apple's designs have always prioritised slickness and thinness, and this year's iPhone 12's no exception (I really dig the boxier look too). I presume many would prefer a case without the added bulkiness; likewise I have searched on Amazon for a case that hits this criteria. The case is very discreet in all situations, and also has a silky smooth surface, unlike some of the rubbery cases I've used in the past. However, it's not as slippery as a naked iPhone by itself, and strikes the perfect balance in this regard.Overall, I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a slim and smart case in the market. The pleasant feel, combined with the stealthy appearance makes this one of the best cases for the iPhone 12!

The Iphone 12 case is perfect, but the screen protector is too small for the screen, and I find the dust from being in my pocket collects around the rim and makes the Iphone 12 look shoddy. So I bought another screen protector from a different store. So I am Happy now.

As others have said, the case pops off the iPhone and doesn’t have a great fit.I had the XR version on my previous phone for 2 years and that case was far more rigid and would take some effort to get off. This case uses a less rigid material and also seems to not have a big enough lip around the bottom corners to stay fixed on.It’s a bit disappointing as my XR case was probably the best phone case I’ve ever owned.

It’s a great package and build quality is excellent - as have other Torras cases I’ve owned in the past - but this does not fit well. The bottom edge comes away very easily and I’m constantly having to clip back in. I’m assuming because it’s a new design and might need tweaking. Would buy again if this was addressed.
