High quality - true 20 gauge charging wires.
This is by far the best usb cable that I have ever ran across. After dissecting this cable and another one that I thought was good - this cable's charging wires were a true 20 awg (data wires were smaller, but they don't carry current ) while the other cable wires were half the size. I had been having a little trouble with a heavily used Raspberry Pi3 showing under voltage. This cable completely cured the problem! I highly recommend this for anyone powering Raspberry Pi's. Very good quality, and the shorter length assures very little voltage drop.

Works properly with Google Pixel 2
I got these cables to connect an UpAir drone controller to a Google Pixel 2 smartphone. Poor quality cables or improperly wired cables were reported as not working by many people. In purchasing these cables, I felt they would be of sufficient quality and construction so they would work. I was right! These work perfectly in my application! I've also used these to attach my Pixel 2 directly to a USB port on my desktop to transfer files with excellent results. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Absolute garbage..
Absolute garbage... the two little "hooks" that are intended to keep the plug connected to the device (Kindles, in my case) ceased to work after about a dozen uses. The only way that I can get my and the kids' tablets to charge is to lean them *just* right so that there's enough pressure on the connection that they will charge.I don't have this issue with any other USB cable, so I know that the issue is most definitely NOT with the devices.

Not durable
One of the three already lost it's tension at the micro usb end. Falls right out when inserted in the device.
