Perfectly designed product and fit for purpose!

Poor quality control. Cable broke only after the third use! The gauge of the cable is way too thin. I really wanted to like this device. Wondering if there are replacement set of cables for this. If not, complete waste of money. UPDATE: Customer service was responsive. Sent me not one, but two replacement cables to rectify the problem. Grill now fully functionable. Unit works as advertised, just don't over torch the winding mechanism (considering the weight of items placed on the grill service). Bottom line, good purchase and excellent customer service!

The product arrived with a noticeable damage to the base structure which also looked like it had started to rust. For the price I paid for this, I was expecting a much sturdier and solid build.

Great product for being and off brand, ch was a perfect fit on my Webber kettle, fairly easy to clean if you heat up the removable grate overall very happy overall, rotisserie attachment was great, turned well takes some big boy batteries but did better than I expected. I will say the handle for Santa Maria can unscrew while turning it put some loctite
