How to use: -Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before handling. -After expressing, remove a storage bag from the pack and make a note of the time and date of expressing the milk. -Other details such as name or amount of milk can also be recorded. -Pls. note that the bag markings are only approximate-for accurate measuring, use a sterilized feeding bottle /measuring jug. -Open the bag and pour the freshly expressed breast milk into the bag. -Before sealing,squeeze out as much air as possible.
