Product does what it says. Can adjust how far it reclines different modes, pressure strength and speed are adjustable. The foot rest extends for people of different heights. Only thing I don't like is that when reclined the arm massagers(squeeze bags) are pretty useless as they are stationary and when you recline only your finger tips can reach them so them are useless unless you have 6 for long arms (I am 5'8"). Otherwise works well

Great chair for a good price. Easy to assemble. Massage features work well. Chair is comfortable.

Buyer beware its not a true 3 Year Warranty, its really just for one yr.Ootori advertises three years from date of purchase but here is what it really is. Warranty fine print:Ootori guarantees that the massage chairs come with a three year limited warranty.(Three years from date of purchase.)During the first year, the warranty covers free maintenance and repair for any defect in workmanship or materials.During the second and third year, the warranty covers free shipping replacement parts.And the cost of parts and labor are not covered.==================================== That is the "' 3 Year warranty" they tout. Just beware its BS folks! "The cost of parts and labor for replacement parts are not covered at all after the first yr." Now I'm not sure how they can legally call free shipping for parts their customers must buy an actual warranty coverage for last two yrs, but how nice is that huh? IMO they're warranty ends after just 1 yr, because once they stop covering its parts/labor its not worth the paper its printed on since all they have to do is add the shipping cost to the total price of their part and the customer pays for it anyway then. We'd all just be idiots to believe otherwise!Oh' btw, it also states this in it:"We providers use new and refurbished parts depending on availability." Meaning the repair part you get could actually be a used/refurb, if anything at all? Just saying, buyer beware of their so called 3 yr warranty before buying one? I didn't see these details till after.

The Good:- Massages back and feet great- Easy to use and understand the control pad- Foot/Leg extends which is nice- Heat and vibration is great- Nice looking chair- My kids love it- Good value for the $ is spent when it was on saleThe questionable:- Arm / hand massagers are too low for me - great if you have longer arms- Can't really feel the neck massager thru the pillow on top unless you flip the pillow up and don't use it.- I had it assembled onsite so not really sure how the ease of assembly is if I had to do it myself.- Not sure i would call it a zero gravity chair - I feel it doesn't recline back far enough.
