Olaplex Hair Repair Trial Kit, 4 count

I have cabinets and closets filled with shampoos and conditioners. I grew my natural hair out but the light silver sections were frizzy, brittle and prone to yellowing. That was the start of the shampoo obsession. I only used Olaplex 3 at first but it really did improve the texture of my natural hair. The yellowing I couldn't stop. I decided (I blame almost a year stuck in my house due to covid)so I decided to go platinum blonde with a pale silver toner. I had no clue what I was doing so followed the advice of videos, bloggers, influencers etc. Couldn't tell you how many boxes of hair color and bleach I went through plus toner. I spent the good part of a month with bright yellow and orange hair! Not a good look on a 68 y/o woman! LOL I relied on Olaplex 3 and Olaplex 6 to keep my hair. Now I'm pretty close to my goal and I use Olaplex products a few times each week. Olaplex is like nothing you've ever used before. I've tried the shampoo and conditioner only once and I prefer my regular shampoo still but I don't think I will ever stop using Olaplex 3 and 6. Thank you Olaplex for letting me keep my hair through a very tough learning curve!

Well I think the product works pretty well but it seems to wear off if you don’t do it every week. I just like my hair shiny and I’m always looking for something to make it shine and silky I have very long blonde hair and have colored my hair for over 30 years. You have to condition your hair well especially living in the Florida sun and it does over lighten on the top I am a light golden blonde but the sun beats down on the top of my head so I need to condition it very well. I use a spray bottle to put it in my hair it’s much easier that way with the number zero and then the number three on afterwards I use my hands with gloves on it. Also I’ll leave it on my hair for 30 minutes and then I put the number three on for another 30 minutes. You will notice a difference in your hair. Haven’t tried other products like this. It is costly but this is the second time I’m trying to purchase another bottle. It lasted me about two usage. It lasted me about two usage. I don’t know what else anybody else uses with long hair that gets breakage. If anyone has any other ideas I’m welcome to it.

I started pushing myself to every other day, and now I only wash my hair once or twice a week (this is a miracle for me). After 2020 and a year of losing my dang mind and bleaching my naturally red hair, dying it purple and turquoise. I knew I needed some hair restoration. AND LET ME TELL YOU WHUT. For the people who are saying that they go through the 1 ounce too fast or that it makes their hair super oily. YOU ARE USING WAY TOO MUCH. You don't need to use half a bottle for this stuff to work. A pea-size amount of the shampoo (it lathers, it's shampoo) and conditioner and you are GOOD. The NO.6 Bond Smoother is AMAZING. My absolute favorite. It makes my hair feel and look so amazing.SO pretty much if you are here thinking about buying it because you too fell victim of being stuck bored in the house bored in the house bored in 2020 and now your hair is feeling the wrath, BUY THIS.

I have been following the “curly girl” method for almost a year. I have fine, thinner hair with lots of body and most curly products are simply too heavy for it. I tried this because I saw a post showing someone with curly hair using it. The reviews seem great but I wasn’t willing to commit to trying the products at full price without knowing if I liked them. This kit was perfect for trying it and I’m glad I bought it! Everyone’s hair is so different and I’ve come to understand that it’s ridiculous to think I can base what I will like by the rating. In this case, I found the whole kit light enough for my hair but overall too drying. It turned out it was the shampoo and conditioner that I didn’t like but I love the repair mask and styling cream! My recommendation is to buy this kit and try it for yourself! You might love it and this way you can try everything together without breaking the bank!

I bought this repair kit so that I could see if I actually liked the brand before I go and spend big $$$. To be honest, I find that it hasn’t really made a huge difference, maybe I have to keep using it but so far have seen very little difference and it could also be that it just doesn’t work for my hair type. One thing I love about this though is that it SMELLS SO GOOD.

My hair has been dry and lifeless for over a year now. I have long hair all the way to my butt so I was looking for a product to bring it back to life. I didn't want to spend the money but that's what I'm known for is my hair so I said screw it and bought it. Within the first use I could tell the difference. It's softer. Not as dry and it is coming back to life. I have used it twice now and all I have to say is I'll be buying the big bottles.

I am in my 40s and have thick course hair. It's fragile and breaks easily. I have tried so many different products trying to tame the madness and this product has been the ONLY product that has made any difference at all. I loved it so much after purchasing this set that I have invested in the entire set, adding on the No. 0 and the bonding oil. I can already tell that my hair is stronger, softer and the fly aways are tamed. I noticed a difference after one wash. I've now used it three times (wash my hair once a week) and each time I notice more improvement! It's also probably good to know that I am cheap and this product is worth every single penny!

This system truly transformed my hair. I have colored hair that I recently bleached and it became very dry and brittle. I had tons of broken hairs. I’ve been using this system for about a month now and it is just getting better and better over time. My hair is soft and actually feels like hair again! I have a lot less breakage and shedding. I was thinking that I might have to stop bleaching my hair because it was getting so bad but now I’m reconsidering it again. Definitely worth the money!!

Bought the trial size as heard so many good things, this didn't do anything for my hair however doesn't mean it isn't good, everyone's hair is different, don't let my review put you off, its trial and error so give it a try with the trial size if not sure

This is worth paying for. My hair is damaged due to dying, straightening etc. Whilst nothing can actually repair damage, this certainly minimized the look of split ends. Left my hair very soft and a noticeable reduction in hair left in the plug hole after washing. Was good to start with these travel sizes but will now buy the full size bottles.

I was advised by by hairdresser during lockdown to try this , it does exactly what it says I bought the travel pack including 3456 left 3 on for 15 minutes.. my hair feels so soft and just what I needed.There are a lot of reviews stating it’s not a genuine product well I can say mine definitely is and I would highly recommend it.

Doesn’t do anything for your hair.. I would recommend using pure castor oil or argon oil :) Cheaper and very effective.. Don’t waste your money :)

I love opelex products . This kit is a good starter pack to try out different ones . The product gives excellent results leaves hair soft and smooth. Great sizes to take on holiday . Will be buying more of this product
