Excellent customer service
Item arrived in November but didn't unpack to assemble until the week before Xmas; unfortunately some of the parts had been damaged in transit. Exchange of emails and Customer Service team at Little Secrets Clothing pulled out all the stops and sent out replacement parts that arrived in time for us to assemble the toybox in time for Christmas Day. Happy Nanna, happy Grandson!!Absolutely excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

Very cheap feeling product.Personalisation is very cheap stickering.Lightweight cardboard style back.Same toy box is by noa and Nani for £49.The company did offer me a full refund in fairness to them.
