This is a medium sized supplement that is easy to take with water. It comes with a single plastic seal only. It contains Sea Cucumber, Fish Collagen and Vitamin C which are all of course useful for dietary needs.There is no taste nor is there a bad smell.

Fish oil and fish collagen both derive from fish, but they’re different. They come from completely separate parts of the fish. Collagen is taken from just beneath the skin of the fish, while fish oils are found in the tissues.I have been using this for over a month, and I definitely see that my hair is growing in thicker, and I have very little daily hair loss. This helped with my dry skin, now skin is better and smoother. Nails are strong, too! I have never tried this brand before and am a bit worried if it tastes fishy. Well to my surprise, no taste at all. Does not even smell bad.[Packaging & Delivery:] The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised.[Summery:] Highly Recommend. Well worth the price. All in all I am very happy. I am comfortable with the 5 stars.

Out of curiosity, I wanted to see what the powdered supplement tastes like. I took it out of the capsule and it has a slight fishy seafood flavor without being too fishy. Also has a slight savory and slight sour flavor to it. I believe the sourness is from the vitamin C that was added to aid digestion of the collagen. Given the flavor is mild, you wouldn't taste it swallowing it in capsule form.If you do like the flavor, I guess you could pour the powder into soup/stew as seasoning, or blend it into a healthy shake to drink.
