Q: How do you use the charging port?

You will need a Charing cable suitable for your phone and a powerbank. You need to connect your phone to one part of the cable that you keep inside the bag. There is a gap on the side of the bag where you pass the cable through to connect to your phone. You can then use/hold your phone while it’s charging.

Q: What are the zips like? A bag i bought from another seller has just broken after only using it twice

I’ve had no problems with the zips at all. No splitting and nothing has fallen off. I’ve had the bag for nearly 3 months now, and everything is as good as new. No wear and tear.

Q: Any chance that you will have the 14 in tan again? the 15.6 looks too big but I love the bad :)
