These are the only bags my husband will use. He loves the brand and the one piece system. We have been using them a few years now.

This appliance did not allow proper drainage from my stoma. Needless to say, it got backed up and caused a major malfunction!! Returned and ordered the same brand but one for stoma support. Love only having one piece, lays flush with abdomen & less noticeable.

Yes you are spending more but they do last a lot longer. The adhesive is quite aggressive which caused my husband painful irritations. When it came to reversing the resection, the surgeon had to make a larger incision because his skin was excessively irritated. Perhaps there is a cream to help with this aspect but again they lasted a lot longer.

The best! These are very well-made and I highly recommend them. There are so many features I like! They stay on, control odor, lie flat, have a wide opening for drainage, and are made of a fabric-like material that is both opaque and quite comfortable. Unlike some other customers, I like the adhesive, but I also always use an adhesive wipe - Sure Prep, No Sting - because I feel more confident and because the wipe-on adhesive helps to seal any irritated skin, which really helps my skin to heal. I have tried many, many types of bags and these are my number one choice! I hope this helps - hang in there and know there are lots of us dealing with this! Best of luck!

I bought this item for my son who is a cancer patient this is what happened when he opened the package - When I received the shipment of the colostomy bags, I opened the box and applied one to my stoma the same night. Through out the night, I noticed that the air in the bag kept escaping and the bag kept pancaking. I thought it was due to air excessively escaping through the filter, so I put one of the stickers which come with the bags onto the filter to stop the air flow. However, I noticed the air was still constantly escaping. Upon physically inspecting the bag, I then noticed a small tear or puncture located on the bag in a discreet place, which is shown in the picture. I am therefore already down 1 of the 10 bags provided, which are costly, due to no fault of my own.
