Nice! Tate Like Orange Fruit Pastels!
These aren't very high strength at only 250mg per gummy (I usually take 1000mg standard vitamin C tablets) which was absolutely perfect for me as it meant I didn't have to worry having a few day as a sneaky little sweet treat here and there - they;re really nice, just like slightly softer versions of the orange fruit pastels :)Despite getting a fair amount from my diet vitamin C has long been one of my staple vitamins ever since I initially started taking extra through supplements years ago for helping predominantly with optimal skin health and repair when I really needed it with active acne and the scars it left behind, and I've never stopped taking it since even though now it is more to maintain healthy skin as well as for general health and immune support. Vitamin C is a great antioxidant as well as a super booster for your immune system in general and just a very good all round vitamin to take. It's also risk free if you're not sure if you have enough in your diet already or not and want to try adding a tablet like these each day as the body expels whatever vitamin C it doesn't use, so as I said even though I get a fair amount of vitamin C in my diet I still like to supplement with it too to ensure I'm getting more than needed as a minimum as it has so many benefits.I was keen to try these as I love vitamin gummies was able to add these to my existing intake of vitamin C as they're quite a low dose at 250mg compared to my usual 1000mg ones! Great if you don;t like swallowing tablets as they're easy to chew and a really nice flavour so would recommend trying.

I AM A GUMMY EXPERT NOW!
I normally grab gummies since my child loves them and admittedly so do I. The problem lately is the gummy word is used without sometimes there being a gummy texture. This is more like a pastile textue or gel texture. It has sugar on the outside or at least a sugar like substance and when you bite into it it gets stuck in teeth easily. This gets points for having 90 instead of 60 gummies for £16 and Vitamin C is one of the most important to give children for immune system and for adults also. This one tastes like orange sections that have been gummified rather than haribo see through texture which is what we would rather have. They taste nice sure. Are they gummies? My 3 year old doesn't know the differenceAs for me, I wouldn't have them again because there are too many like this and nothing stands out however I will concede that it is better value and quantity than others

Tasty but Sugary
I think many of us are now more aware of the benefits of taking vitamins and as the makers claim this provides an immunity boost, it sounds a great idea to take these especially at a time when we realise how important our immune systems are. I like the fact these are gummies as it always seems more of a treat that does you good. These taste really nice, they remind me of the orange slices you used to get at Christmas packed in a circle with lemon ones, although my husband thinks they are more like the orange Fruit Pastille. Although tasty, they are really sugary which worries me that this may (slightly) negate the benefits. I think with any vitamins it takes a bit of time to see any effect so I can’t comment on how these have made a difference to my overall health but I guess time will tell.

Like Fruit Pastilles
These are quite pricey for vitamins. There are 90 chewies in the pot – 45 days’ supply. They are rather sweet and reminded me of Fruit Pastilles because of the taste and texture.Covered in sugar, the orange taste is quite sweet – as you would expect. Coupled with this and the higher price is what made me knock off a star. I would prefer chewies that are less sugary so that they are not like sweets. The bottle itself has a safety screw cap which I think is really important when you have little ones in the house. There is also a foil lid underneath so you know that the bottle has not already been opened.Personally, I cannot tell if they have made a difference. I take vitamins on a daily basis and would say the same about my high-street brand. Therefore, I think this would be a good supplement to take, especially if you do not like swallowing tablets.

Tasty intensely orange flavoured vitamin C gummies
Note that the pot contains 90 gummies but a 'serving' is 2 gummies, so this is 45 days' supply. These soft gummies have a quite intense sharp orange flavour, which most people will find pleasant unless you really don't like sharp/sour sweets. They do contain quite a lot of sugar, 3g per serving (2 gummies). They do not contain gelatine. They are very easy to eat, like eating an orange flavoured sweet. Each serving of 2 tablets contains 250mg Vitamin C - I'm not sure why they recommend this dose. The NHS recommends 40mg per day for adults but there's no harm taking more as long as you don't exceed 1000mg per day. The US reckons 75-90mg per day. Either way, 1 or 2 tablets a day will cover you and shouldn't do any harm unless you have specific health conditions. These gummies are a good way to make sure an adult is getting enough Vitamin C if your diet isn't ideal and you don't like taking tablets.

Vitamin C Gummies Like Fruit Jellies - Aren’t Fresh Oranges Cheaper?
Rather tasty more like a jelly fruit but then again they are costly. So if you prefer to just have some chewable harder ones or ones that dissolve in water the only difference is cost. You get ninety in the plastic bottle and they do kind of look like sweets so best kept away from little ones just in case they overdo the vitamin C. Just as cheap to get the same level of vitamin C as just store budget make vitamin C tablets unless you want the fruit jelly texture and taste. At under seventeen pounds I’m wondering are oranges cheaper to get and squeeze? Can see why they are made this way to tempt children to have them but even so a pricey way.
