I love it but it arrived broken. Now I have to go through the process of returning before I can purchase another and it probably won’t be here by Christmas. I was really looking forward to this!!!

Good quality construction, very bright colors and excellent detail. As a previous reviewer stated, we bought ours for the front porch but it was so nice we decided to use it indoors near the front door.

I bought this for Christmas gifting for a dear friend. I opened the box, reviewed it as best I could without removing from packaging. It looks fine. Shopping and delivery was superb!

So happy with my new addition! I’ve been looking at these types of nutcrackers for awhile now but finally took the plunge and so excited that I did.

We have many decorations collected over the 43 years we have been married but by far this is the best I've ever purchased. We have one nutcracker that is 8 feet by a high end designer and this nutcracker outpasses it hands down!

Arrived in opened box, clearly was returned before. Very light in weight therefore felt cheap. Wreath /arm broken. DISSAPOINTED beyond words- want my money back asap

Was very hopeful because I love the look and style but the craftsmanship was very disappointing lots of dings and poorly painted areas so this cannot be use in my up close mcKenzies child entryway table Christmas display😢

One of my nutcrackers was broken in shipping arriving 12/20. I called their customer service and received a replacement 12/24. Excellent customer service! Great product, also.
