Buckwheat Neck Bolster Pillow, Husk Cervical Sleep Roll (Midnight Blue)

I needed an extra pillow because when I lie in bed and work on my iPad, my neck gets sore. I researched what would be best and came up with these round neck pillows filled with buckwheat hulls. I've never had one before so I didn't know what to expect.First of all, I love everything soft and fluffy in my bed. Cozy soft blankets, fluffy and responsive pillows (in only talalay latex pillows), and anything else in my bed had to meet my standards of comfort.The cover of this pillow is really rough, almost a burlap texture. So on that count it's already failing me. Also, I don't like anything really firm. This pillow isn't meeting my desire for a bouncy responsive pillow. It works okay under my neck but I wish the cover was actually soft. If the cover was soft, I think I'd like it more, it would probably be acceptable to me. Unfortunately, the two things most important to me aren't met so, as much as I wanted a soft comfy pillow, this pillow just fails.This would be good for those who have had buckwheat hull pillows and love them. If you're a fan of latex foam or memory foam, this might not be the pillow for you.

It's exactly as described. Plenty full of husk, so you can take some out if needed and most importantly it does wonders for my pinched nerve in my neck from a C5/C6 disk injury. Couldn't be happier. You can just pour the husk into a container and wash it, but with regularly use it gets dirty and needs a pillow case.

It is very firm, but flexible, which is great if you have minor sinus issues, because it seems to help sinuses drain. It took a day or two to adjust to the firmness and crunchy noise the hulls make when I move, but I love it now. :)

Buckwheat pillows are the only type to give my neck any relief at night, and I had purchased this brand at least 4 or or 5 times before, finding it to be a good price and quality.Although it is possible to replace the filling when they start to go flat, the cost of the filling isn't much less than a new pillow, and more importantly, all of the brands of bulk buckwheat pillow filling that I have tried are poorly cleaned and rinsed, the hulls mixed in with dust that causes severe itching when anywhere in the vicinity, much less when one's head is on it. Some brands even have this issue when you buy a new pillow that they filled at the factory.So I was thrilled to find this affordable brand that had no dust or allergen issues--until this latest purchase, that is. They must have changed the supplier of their filling, because I could barely even get near this new pillow. I had to seal it in a plastic bag, drop it in the trash outside, and vacuum the whole area around where I opened the package. Forget about returning it--I was doing damage control.So disappointed. Now looking for a new brand of buckwheat pillow.

I absolutely love the buckwheat pillow first of all I have a lot of pain when I sleep and when I like to prop myself up a bit or use it between my knees I hate a pillow that loses all its support buckwheat absolutely can realign your body to the way you want it where it hurts it takes it away it's it's amazing for aligning your body to reduce pain. You can use it for your neck in the car behind your back you may have to take some of the buckwheat out for that I didn't but you may need that it was a bit much but the idea is super good I just didn't want to take out the buckwheat cuz I use it for other things that is very good. Definitely try it adjust the buckwheat for what you want it to do the most my husband and I both bought one from this company and one from another company and my original and we love them. Two of them are adjustable with the buckwheat and we have not adjusted them even though I'm thinking about it on one of mine

I used to sleep on my arm because normal pillow was oddly uncomfortable for some reason. I feel like I needed something hard to lean my head against otherwise I can't sleep at all. And after a while my arm started to hurt when I wake so I decided to google and find a way to help my poor arm. Then I stumble on this great gem. I was able to fall asleep without using my arm now. Recommend buying or making your own pillowcase, it's impossible to take out the buckwheat as the static make it cling onto fabric.

I bought a memory foam back for a not so comfortable office that I probably should have returned but I like how it looked too much to send it. The memory foam improved the comfort but it wasn’t tall enough or strong (firm) enough to not compress so I began tucking a decorative pillow in under the foam pad. That worked well until my wife discovered where her pillow went and took it back to the living room. No problem though as this pillow is a good bolster for my waist and hips and helps reduce the weight on the memory foam pad that supports my back. I semi recline in my office chair so my lumbar position might be different from yours, but this pillow was a good solution for me.

Really pleased. Exactly what I was looking for, the material is excellent. Great quality and value, I use it every day as an auxiliary/support pillow for relaxing.Would recommend.

I love this product. I have severe arthritis in my neck and other parts. I sleep on a regular pillow but when my neck is particularly painful I will spend an hour or two on just the buckwheat roll.. This eases my stiffness and headaches. I cannot stay on it as I have no give in my neck vertabrae so the time I do utilise the roll is invaluable...

Ripped within a week and with no inner liner it leaked buckwheat everywhere.
