Great tool for upright rows as I can hold it close so that my elbows are parallel to my body which means less shoulder stress and shoulder pain then doing standard dumbbell upright rows. . Have used it for years. Lost my first one so immediately ordered a replacement.

I LOVE IT !!!
Enhanced my workout and even helped me mix it up a little. The ring allows me to use it with my bow flex as well as other machines when I take it to the gym.. Well constructed and holds 75 pound dumb bell with no problem. Quick shipping well made and I plan to use the heck out of it !

Nothing too special about this. It works, although the company (LPG) doesn't seem to provide any customer service in response to questions.
