**Q: Can i reflush it with open-wrt or lede  ?**
A: Sure, if you wanted to.  The E3000 is compatible with either.  I will note, however, that if you are asking this particular question I would not recommend that you do so.  OpenWRT is extremely hard to get running for a novice (and only a novice would ask if a router could be flushed or even flashed).  The DD-WRT firmware that is preinstalled has a good GUI and there are lots of tutorials to help configure it the way you want.  OpenWRT will give you a bit more direct control over the router than DD-WRT, but you really need to know what you are doing.
