The components are fairly cheap, but the light is still solid and made of metal and glass. It’s also painted rather than genuine brass, but overall I’m very happy! Considering this is a copy of a $30,000 light, it’s a fantastic value! It’s a bit larger than expected and looks beautiful!

This was an awful experience. Terrible quality . Paid for an electrician to install this light and it didn’t work. Getting all kinds of push back from the seller along the return.

The lamp itself is really nice, lightweight, and the gold paint is smooth and even. The screws to adjust the joints are nice and tight. None stripped so that's nice. The directions are pretty wonky, honestly, and we ended up having to buy a different mounting kit to get it to work. Glad I married an engineer! ha. The glass globes are really nice but the glass is super thin. One was broken in the box. By broken I mean completely shattered. I'm going to try and get a replacement for it, so wish me luck! This light really is adorable.

This review is for the fixture, not the Customer Service!. The light fixture was missing installation hardware and was very poor quality. While I was exchanging with the seller about way to rectify the missing hardware issue, I decided to see how the fixture looked like with the bulbs in it, so screwed in a lightbulb just to get the visual, and unscrewing the lightbulb meant unscrewing it with the socket, which started to wind up the wires inside the tubing. I immediately decided to return the fixture and not bother with the low quality. The seller was superb in all accommodations, offering several solutions, but I chose a full refund, and returned the fixture.

The light looks more or less ok, but the base wiring and the stem were missing from the box. I've contacted the seller and am now waiting to hear. I can't install this chandelier without those parts. I'll update my review if I get the correct parts. all 8 glass globes were intact, which is good.

Item arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately one of the globes was broken and once I notified the seller they immediately sent me a replacement. I highly recommend this chandelier and this seller.

Worked well for us. It can be positioned in a number of ways which is great. Instructions were in English. It's a lot of lot light so be sure to use the equivalent of 20 w bulbs or less.
