I got this gift and when it came in the mail It was a flat box. It was super light and felt cheap. And I said to myself there's no way there's two coffee mugs into wine glasses in here. And then I had to go back to the description and see that it didn't come with it. So I'm thinking why would I buy this if it didn't come with it. Waste of money.

Bought as a gift. Didn’t realize you had to drill and attach hardware. Not impressed with quality, ended up returning.

Missing screws.. And it was worped.. I had to watch it get opened by my friend.. To see how bad it was..

The first board I ordered was warped and curved away from the wall, making it unstable. Then, the replacement I ordered was the exact same way. I am very disappointed with the quality

Got this for a gift for my wife. It looks like the pictures (this warning 3 stars) but it’s actually made of balsa or basswood — like what they make model airplanes out of. That means the screws don’t grab at all and I predict the hooks and wind glass shelf strip out quickly.I’m a woodworker and my first inclination was to just build this for my wife but convenience got the best of me, soI ordered it.All I basically got from this purchase was a template — I won’t be able to live with myself knowing these glasses will come crashing down at some point. They could have made this out of pine and it would have been a lot stronger.

The gift looks very nice. It doesn’t come with the coffee mugs or the wine glasses and I thought it would. When I left a bad review, the seller did give me a full refund and I do appreciate that. Because they're honorable I changed this review. I suggest writing in big bold letters right in the title "MUGS AND GLASSES NOT INCLUDED"

This is a wonderful gift to add onto your wall. The gift packaging is very nice. Comes in a lovely pink box that does not need to be wrapped. Good quality!
