**Q: Does this product contain soy?**
A: Hi as far as I know it doesn't have soy I checked the ingredients and it doesn't show any thing with soy .

**Q: Does any of the foot creams for pain also help with circulation?**
A: Not sure if it helps with circulation - but it has helped my mother with her neuropathy pain.

**Q: What does the DB stand for?**
A: Not sure unless it just refers to DiaBetic.  Bottom line is IT WORKS!
