Vitamins and supplements are difficult to review because rarely do you see instant effects. I did take this entire bottle. I didn’t notice any ill effects, but I can’t say that I noticed anything huge positive differences either. I take elderberry as an immune supplement—and I didn’t get sick—but with covid, I had been being super careful. They did have a nice berry flavor and weren’t too sticky or chewy.

These gummies really are very, very delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by how good they tasted as elderberry is not a flavor most people are familiar with. I know I wasn't. The texture of the gummy is also really nice. Not too soft and not too hard. There is no metal or chemical aftertastes.In terms of keeping me healthy- I live in new york city and take the subway frequently so I really was looking for something extra to keep me safe. I feel good about the ingredients in these and haven't gotten sick in the several weeks that I have been taking them.

After receiving this product I was impressed with the packaging and quality of the product. The gummies were nice formed pieces and did not melt together as you see with similar products. These gummies have a great taste and the price was lower than many similar products. I would recommend this product as a daily part of your health regiman especially during the upcoming winter months during cold and flu season.

I don't have a ton of experience supplementing with Elderberry, but I figured I would try these with cold and flu season coming up. I haven't had these long enough to know for sure that they work, but they seem to be packed with benefits, and they taste really good! I also appreciate that the bottle was not bigger than it needed to be - it was compact and did not seem to have excess waste. I would purchase these again.

The texture is great, not too slimy not to hard. I love that my kids want to take something that has so many health benefits! My one complaint is that they are fairly sweet. Over all, if you are wanting to help your immune this is a helpful option.
