The booklet needs to be more specific, and at least give a hint on how the cradle is to be put together. I sent an email, twice, to the address on a small welcome card for help and still had no reply. So went into Skype and left a message there, and still waiting for the reply to that. Customer Service is zero rating in my opinion. I eventually set up the satnav, and so far seems good. But, the instructions need to be clearer. Also, that should be explained, as in the instructions it says to charge the satnav in the car for TWO HOURS, when most cars need the engine running for that. In fact the small USB lead with the satnav can be used to charge it on a PC.

No instructions with this sat nav. We had great difficulty getting it to work in the first place. We tried it out on local places we knew how to get to and it continually tried taking us in the totally wrong direction! Dont know if it needs formatting before use but without instructions its hard to know. I certainly wouldnt trust it to take us anywhere. Total waste of money.

This is the second one of these we have purchased. Needed one for a second car which didn`t come with one. Having used the first one for our motorhome we were impressed enough to get another. The screen size is really good.

Bought this for my tec savvy elderly mother.She couldn’t work out how to use it so I had a go and also couldn’t work it out, so asked my teenager to have a go, still no luckNever used such a difficult sat nav.Had it too long to return so it’s going in the bin

I like this as good size and with shafe to help see screen is good i did have a bit of a job getting the holder to snap onto the satnav but my son did it in a few seconds so that could have been my arthritus in my hands took a long time to find sats at first but once set they load very fastPleased with it and good delivery time i have to add to my review that post codes or addreses are not beinf found as soon as i put my old sat nav on it finds it no problam what is wrong is it faulty should i send back it doesnt even let me put some adreses in it goes dull on some letters a qick reply or i will have to send back

Simple to use but holder broke after 2 days.

Unfortunately screen flickering and would not except any postcode unless it was France still waiting for refund so not that impressed still waiting for refund quick to take money but over 2 weeks now still waiting come on amazon get this sorted please or i am going to trading standards
