Q: I’ve got security camara but trying to claim my32gbsdcard

I purchased the camera and an sd card together, don't know anything about claiming one !!

Q: How long does a full charge last?

I use mine for a hedgehog watch, and cover the lens during the day, but I have used it for a couple of weeks and it still has only used 1 notch of the charge, would imagine it would last for at least a couple of months. It depends on the amount of traffic it has to record. a busy position would obviously run the battery down quicker. PC

Q: Does the unit automatically reconnect to the internet after a wifi outage?

As far as I’m aware the answer is yes. I’ve not had any problems with it .
