I went to school for ophthalmology and study some optometry. These glasses really do help reflex the UV ray lights and reduce squinting and strain on your eyes. The price is not too bad compared to I wear glasses at an optometrist which can range from over $100

Good quality but magnification gives me a headache
This are big glasses if you have an average sized face but that helps avoid magnification on edges of the screen that might fall out of coverage viewing through smaller lenses. It definitely reduced eyestrain but the magnification started giving me a headache, so returning these.

I have a big head
I have a big head so the glasses are a little on the snug side but this product is effective. You don't know how much it helps until you take the glasses off.
