Very nice stainless steel pans. They are a good weight and nice quality. They clean up easily as well. I’m happy to have pans that do not have a coating that can scratch off. Food is cooking evenly on them. Fit great in my Breville countertop oven.

These are beautiful, high-quality pans. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is that if you don't towel dry them while they are wet, they will be very spotty. Also, the pizza cutter scratches them.

Just received the pans, really sturdy. I haven't used them yet but my question is...can you use a pizza cutter on the pan?

I've been using these nearly daily for several months now. I bought them for dual use purposes. Of course, I use them to cook pizza and other foods (like chicken fingers and fried). I also use them to cut meat on, because it's more sanitary than wood and plastic cutting boards. No matter what's on them, I can soak them, clean them easily with steel wool, and then wash them like a plate. Mine now have a bunch of marks on them from cutting and using steel wool, but this hasn't affected their performance in any way. If I were going to make from-scratch pizza, I'd use a layer of cornmeal to help prevent sticking - the frozen pizzas get stuck on them a little bit around the edges.
