Medium is size 6-8 UK, 39-42 EU & seems about true to size. Just remember they are waterproof for ‘head on’ rain & splashes but definitely not if immersed in water or rain pouring down the leg as it will enter through the top of the sock. (This applies even to their socks with Aquastop as far as immersing goes but should be better at stopping rain entering tops).
