This does not stretch. Also does not even fit around the waist. Will fit only a size 4 woman's waist.

Not true to size
The sizing is not true to size! Im usually a size small/ medium and ordered a medium and it would only go across my back and and to my sides so it would not even reach to velcrow!

RUN VERY SMALL...
I wear a medium in shirts but for the waist trainer I got a large bc i knew that it ran small When it came it fit like a small and it felt cheap of u are petite this might work for u but if u are think I suggest looking for a different one but easy return request.

shapes my waist well
I gain weigh during these months, especially around belly area, this belt is very helpful , which fits my needs, it shapes my waist, makes me look slimmer.

poor quality, the threads and seams are coming apart and we have only used it once
Not good quality at all, a waste of money. Only now decided to use it and on the first day of use, the seams are coming loose and its clearly not good quality.

Bad sizing
Ordered an XL. I wear a LG in pants/tops. Wouldn't even fit to close. Will return.
