I like there are 3 blends in this supplement that so far have been easy on my gut too. I tried a different one with 7 types magnesium and had issues. It has added relief from my leg pain from a slipped disk in my spine. It does seem to give me longer sleep to help with insomnia. I recommend this supplement.

Hands down my favorite mag supplement. The concentration is high, quality is great and the effects are noticeable. This is my go-to "chill pill" before bed. It doesn't really make you sleepy, just more relaxed. I like that I haven't had any GI issues, like with some magnesium supplements. We have been repeat purchasers of this for months and will continue to do so!

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the inclusion of magnesium oxide, which is less bioavailable compared to glycinate and malate. While it still works well for me, I would have preferred a higher percentage of the more easily absorbed forms. Overall, this is a solid, high-quality magnesium supplement that delivers noticeable benefits. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for support with stress, muscles, or overall wellness!
