Pepperidge Farm Dublin Shortbread Cookies, 5.5 Oz Bag

Absolute perfection! I searched every store in town like a professional bounty hunter, but apparently, my local grocers have officially retired from the joy business. Thankfully, Amazon came through. ​Now, did they arrive looking like a 'some assembly required' furniture kit? You bet. They definitely didn't survive the trip in one piece—it was more of a ginger-puzzle situation. But honestly, it didn't matter one bit. I bought them to eat, not to display in a museum. Each delicious crumb is a total nostalgia trip. I’m not here to build a gingerbread neighborhood; I’m just here for the snacks! 10/10, would happily munch on these 'deconstructed' legends again. I actually already have more on the way. P.S. a couple men survived the travels. But, only a few.

For a 'mass-produced' product, these cookies are absolutely delicious!! I love shortbread and am rather picky about it, but these fulfill all of what it takes to make good shortbread- buttery, not too sweet, crispy. The only downside is that there are only 12 cookies per bag. This is an issue because once you try one, you are going to need Herculean self control to resist inhaling the entire bag.. but, since they are not cheap, you can at least feel they are worth the price.

I enjoy the taste of the Pepperidge Farm Bordeaux cookies. My only complaint is that some of them were broken into pieces.

I love these cookies, they're my favorite. Good quality as always.

Great light lightly sugared mild ginger cookie for year round good for a bad stomach not overly sweet crispy not overly buttery rich not overly ginger cookie just a good middle of the road light crisp cookie

Please be careful. These are the best cookies that you will ever try. You will not notice this, but after 15 minutes of opening the box, the cookies will disappear! I have no idea how it happened. I ate the entire box.

Usually Pepperidge Farm products are great all around, although, over the years, their prices have become a little steep, so I don't purchase then as often. They don't taste stale, and they're a good sized cookie, but the texture is hard and they are a bit dry. I would recommend dipping them in a cup of coffee or some warm milk to soften them up a little.
