An Effective Tool for Hand Strength
The TIT COOPOPE Hand Grip Strength Trainer has been a game-changer for me. I was looking to improve my hand strength and grip, and this device has worked wonders. This tool is highly effective for increasing hand strength and increasing grip strength and dexterity. The resistance it offers is just right, making it challenging but still manageable to squeeze.One of the better features of this is the comfortable grip. It's ergonomically designed, allowing for easy and secure squeezing. I never felt like it would slip from my hand during use and the textured grip ensured it wouldn't start to get slippery when my hands got clammy lol I kept it on my desk and used it daily, like a stress ball.

Just right for my level
Following the instructions for applying the foam covering on the product’s description by dipping the handles in water first and then tapping worked fine. This is well made and easy to use and I recommend it.

product is good, but the padded grips were nearly impossible to get on. still satisfied with product and word fine without the pads

Straight-forward no frills
Worked great for lightweight grips. 50 lbs might still be too much for some people. Covers slip on easier if you wet them. Dry overnight and they don't move at all.

Covers stink.
Resistance is pretty good but the covers tore before I could even get 10 reps in. The grip covers should have been installed before boxing.

I use this at work when I copy and paste all day.This hand my other hand something to do. Works well and helps my grip.

handles won't stay in place
It does what is should do, but up to point. The handles are not screwed in but fitted to the spring by some sort of cheap glue and after a point they start to twist and turn and that creates real problems in maintaining the right grip. Cheaply made product. I had to get a strong epoxy to refit and be able to use them. I should not have to do such.
