Product just received. Appearance is good. Very strong and sturdy. It appears that it's worth value for money. Quality of the product is remarkable but in the long run one has to find its durability from experience.

First I got the damaged chair. I returned and got another. This is quite good and comfortable. Strong product, can be used indoors or outdoors.

As compare with big companies like AVRO and NILKAMAL this is very good quality of chair as well as very strong and even heavy person’s load easily taken !!!! I’m giving 5 star rating to this compnay !! Very good quality and look also !!!

Sturdy as a wooden chair. Strong. comfortable. Just here and there finish touches are not done properly which are sharp on some places and it hurts when you touch those places. But using a blade we can trim them.

It looks strong but its legs spread when sitting (I am 85kg in weight), which make me worried on its strength. Arm rest is lower than the comfortable position. There is a rise in the front side on sitting area which might be meant to give thigh support, but it works the other way around in practical. It makes difficult to sit for long time, as it bring numbness on my legs. Overall not satisfied with this chair, not value for money at all. There is no option to return, only replacement with same item. I wish to return this item and buy another model.

It is sturdy and comfortable. A shade low on finish.

The colour is not as bright as seen in the picture. It's a good chair considering the price. There is an issue with delivery. It can not be packed properly to avoid damage as it is impossible to pack a chair perfectly without dismantling it. I ordered four and one of them was broken when delivered. I wanted to return the one damaged chair but Amazon collection driver insisted return of all four chairs. I had to call Amazon customer service several times for a full refund as there was confusion whether one chair or four chairs were returned. All the customer service staff are very helpful except the first person I contacted in this regard. I got a full refund after contacting by email providing every details. It took around 1 hour for telephoning Amazon 6 times and then an email and now this review.
