Amazing headset let down by poor software
If you ignore the software that is required to get the full experience of this headset then 100% this is 5*But... if you use Asus latest software "Armory Crate" which is appalling and plagued with issues it ruins this amazing headset.Luckily though you can use the older "ROG Armory" software with this which works perfectly fine.Back to the headset...Quality of this headset is amazing materials used... the shape and fit of the ear cups and headband it's very premium in both look and feel. The drivers are superb, remember that these are Wireless headphones so comparing against wired they obviously won't quite match up. But I did compare these against the MX330 (1st gen) and Artic 1's.Much better sound quality and build quality than the Artic 1's, similar sound quality to the MX330's which I was surprised at. But where the ROG Stirx Go 2.4 shine is with the microphone using the AI software enabled you can have a hoover turned on 1m(3ft) away from you can no one can even hear it even when you are speaking.Overall truly amazing headphone which I hope last me several years to come.Note: The headset is slightly on the small size. I have a large head and these fit comfortably at the max setting.

Very Convenient but at the Cost of Some Comfort
Build quality is quite good, though the left earcup is quite wobbly when compared with the right; this could be since the left earcup holds the microphone and inline controls and has a different internal design, but using the inline controls makes the earcup wobble and creak, which makes the whole operation slightly unsatisfactory.Audio quality is nowhere close to that of my Kingston HyperX Cloud Alpha S; it feels tinnier and flat in comparison but I'll give it some slack as it is wireless after all.Drivers are a bit small in diameter and there isn't much bass, but it still sounds good. My biggest issue is that the earcups are too small for my ears to facilitate long gaming-sessions; they have an almost identical shape, footprint and fit as the Sony WH-1000XM3/4, and seem more like headphones designed for music and travel rather than for desktop use; probably better suited for handheld consoles etc.The USB Type-A adapter for the USB Type-C dongle is rudimentary and goofy in design; I would have preferred a USB Type-A male to USB Type-C female cable as an adapter, since if you're gonna connect it to a desktop you probably want to route it somewhere closer to you to maximise the range. The USB-A adapter isn't hidden under the glued-on divider in the case anymore, so don't worry about that if you watched some unboxing videos.Audio connection isn't an issue either, and the in-line controls are good.Overall a good pair of headphones, but would have liked the earcups to be deeper, taller and wider.Bought at £145, but I wouldn't recommend it at that price; if you can get it for £120, it's worth it.

Very good mic but uncomfortable
I originally bought this for long sessions of online meetings using a Windows laptop and casual music listening. The microphone quality was great although it dropped occasionally and I had to mute/unmute the mic to get it to work again (Microsoft Teams), or restart the call (Messenger). The sound quality was very good, I'm not an audiophile though, so can't tell if it's the best sound quality. The Windows software provided various ways to adjust noise cancellation and EQ, which seemed quite handy. The USB-C dongle is compact and portable, I didn't try it with my phone though. The deal breaker was it's comfort, the headset was a bit tight around the ears, which wasn't comfortable for an hour long call for example (I have an average/small size ears), I could hardly hear my voice when speaking which would force me unconsciously to speak louder and was uncomfortable, so I had to return them unfortunately.

Solid Purchase For First Time Buyers
These are real good headphones. Really light, well built and ashtetically pleasing to look at and not too over top with the "gamer" ideal.Downloading the Armoury 2 Software from Asus will provide you with a lot of control. If you familiar with tuning equalisers than you will be right at home with everything here. The build quality is superb and the carrying case is perhaps one of the better ones out there on the market compared to mesh bag carriers. The in-built microphone surprisingly good but you do have an option to attach a mic piece, however I do find built-in mic better. The AI noise is the only sub-par thing about the headset and could use some more work but it gets the job done in most mid noise environments. It is a nice feature that still out preforms many other headphones around this price range with normal noise cancellation.

Great headphones but..
Headphones were quite good, not for listening to music but for gaming bang on. Microphone was ok especially for the wireless headset. Build quality and looks absolutely spectacular as Asus ROG always are, but unfortunately when I was prompted by Asus Armoury app to update headphones , the update failed and couldn't use them wirelessly anymore...shame really. Thanks to Amazon return policy and no hassle in doing so. Asus makes great products but the software is pitiful

The microphone is cut off!
This headset microphone cannot receive my voice when I playing game with my friends, the noise they hear was from my side. It is loose, and today I found it has been cut off.

Good all rounder
Great all round headset. Only had them a week but the sound quality is pretty good plus the fact you can use them with multiple devices is great. Only down side I would say is the built in mic, I always get people commenting is too loud. The boom mic seems to work great though so not really a problem might have to mess with the settings a little. Sound good when listening to music and great for game sound quality.

A Great and Versatile Gaming Headset
The portability and versatility of the ASUS headset is great and the sound quality is very good when changed through the settings of the Armoury Crate app.The only negative is setting up the headset to the Armoury Crate app as there are two separate apps that do the same thing but one has more features than the other i.e. battery indicator and standby timer.Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this headset for PC and Switch users.
