My rating is based mostly on the price, this many adhesive backed pads at the price offered (which was around $55-60) I use these for an occasional bed wetting child, who is capable of a big soaking. I had been using washable pads but several washings, they start to leak, and I realized with the amount of water needed to wash them (sometimes washing them twice to remove the odor) I was using a lot of water, energy, and time. These pads are large but the cotton(?) fill is very thin. The fill layer is thin and will break apart after laying on it. I tried using one on top of the sheet but after a few minutes of tossing and turning, it had gotten unstuck, bunched up and moved to the edge of the bed, so the adhesive isn’t very strong at all. I put the pad under the sheet and on the first time one of these pads went into use, it got a soaking and left an odor of urine underneath. So I doubled the pads and that has done the trick. For the price, even using two pads is good. I wish the adhesive were better so I can use it on top of the sheet but under the sheet, it works to protect the mattress. There are only two thin lines of glue on the back, only enough to keep it from moving if no pressure is put on it, but if the person using it tosses and turns, forget it. I imagine it would work well as a wee pad, depending on how heavy the pup pees, but doubling it should hold it.

We were glad to find this size in a disposable. Problem is by morning the cotton fluff was all broken up and tissue fragments were everywhere. We had smaller pads that didn't stay in place but did not disintegrate so easily. Too bad, we really need something like this.

Used to protect bed mattress. Not a good product. Very low absorbency. Had to use two pads. Pads very thin. Inferior quality. Would not recommend this product. No stars.

I like that I can order these diapers and have them delivered because the boxes are so bulky.

I love these diapers they keep me dry all night long. And all day long when I'm out and about. And I dont have any leaks and during the hot summer's they arent as hot as the plastic backing diapers I used to wear.

I am my Mothers caregiver , this product was used by the hospice that my mothers care was under . My Mother is no longer assigned to hospice and under my care . I would recommend to all caregivers to use this brand . . Thank you

We use them to protect the bed that my dying parent spends 23 out 24 hours a day in because of having progressive supernuerlogical palsy. The pads make changing and clean up so much easier than the pads we have found at the local store. I recommend them for anyone who is bed bound and must be changed in bed.

Excellent product. Was very absorbing, keep the patient dry during the day and night. Will continue to buy.
