Nice and light
Nice spray pattern, also very light which might be important to some people for ease of installation or to minimize strain on plumbing. Would buy again.

Water pressure is not very strong and does not easily allow shampoo to rinse out. Otherwise it's ok.

Has begun to leak-very disappointed
I've had this shower head for approx 3 months and its begun to leak where the flat shower head is attached to the body. Attempting to get this replaced by Kohler directly since its outside of Amazon's return window. I'm disappointed. Initially I rated this 2 stars due to the leak. I spoke with customer support and they were great, are shipping me out a replacement with no hassle at all. I'm raising my review to 4 due to the quality of their support.

Low flow, I don't like the sound of that
I replaced a Moen 7 inch rainfall head with this Kohler 10 inch head (2 GPM). However, I did remove the flow restrictor in the head before I installed it and the flow is AWESOME! I didn't even try it with the plastic restrictor in it knowing it would be LOW FLOW. The plastic restrictor must be installed by the manufacturer to meet guidelines, however there are no homeowner restrictions to remove this (unless maybe if you're in a condo or something with water usage rules). It is hard to pull out the restrictor with pliers as there is nothing to grab (by design of course to make it hard to remove). So don't waste time with pliers. Drill a small hole in the center of the plastic restrictor piece and use a hook & pick set ($10 on Amazon) to hook through the drilled hole and yank it out. You'll be glad you did!

This rain shower is outstanding. We have tried three other rain showers in the last 3 months that were not up to our expectations. The water flow is a gentle flow of water not a piercing stream of water like other rain showers we have tried.
