She hacked into the Barata and stole millions. When Larissa found out she knew that the Bratva would come after Calina and she couldn’t let that happened. She found out when they were coming to get Calina to make her pay. She developed a plan and that was to take the place of Calina.Demyan found out who stole from them and kidnapped Larissa (who he believes to be Calina) so she can pay back her debt. She will become his property and she will do whatever he tells her and if she misbehaves she will be punished.Will Larissa ever pay back the debt? Will Demyan ever figure out that Larissa isn’t Calina.I really enjoyed this book. It was a little dark but that was to be expected. The punishments that Larissa endured just to protect her sister brought me to tears.

Oh, I absolutely love the story no matter what it is, keeps me coming back for more and more. I love the characters. I love the storyline man it just keeps you reading.

The main storyline is intriguing and the universe well defined, especially since this is the 2nd story in this series that builds on the 1st. It is well written, with minimal grammatical issues. It does utilize wisely the stereotypes of mafia members, while still interweaving a bit of humanity into them, and the result is all of the main characters come to life.Here is a high level of how the story begins:This is the story of Demyrn, the new leader of his branch of Bratva in Russia. They discover that approximately $50,000 US has been stolen. The curious part is the thief left a trail even a sightless person could follow. Once they trace it they realize that it is a woman in a mental health facility for the last 5 years. How could she possibly be the one to pull this off? Doesn’t matter either way because she must now pay, one way or the other, as no one steals from the Bratva.Larissa and Calina are twin sisters brought to live in Russia after their mother died. Unfortunately their father is killed in a car accident that leaves Calina brain damaged and with emotional problems, so she is placed into a psychiatric hospital.Larissa is a hacker, having learned a lot from her father before he died. She brings Calina a laptop so she can play games on it, but nowhere in her wildest imagination did she imagine she would use it to steal from the Bratva. Calina believes they are the ones who killed their father, based upon some tattoos she saw. Larissa realizes that Calina didn’t do anything to cover her tracks and they will be coming for her ...Larissa knows that her sister will never survive whatever they will do to her, so she makes arrangements with a fellow hacker that she considers a friend to take care of her sister ... then takes her place to wait for them to arrive ...I am going to stop there so I don’t accidentally provide any spoilers.

This book is filled with dominance, revenge, obedience, desperation, commitment, & the protectiveness that one feels for their family and those they love.Larissa’s entire focus in life is to keep her twin sister Calina safe! She has never recovered from the accident trust killed their father and made her sister have irreversible brain damage. Larissa feels guilty that she survived the accident without any permanent damage. She visits her sister regularly and when she learns that she has hacked into The Bratva’s finances and stoled from them she knows she will stop at nothing from keeping her sister safe.This means she is going to accept the punishment and anything else the Pakhan has in store for her. What she never expected was the pull and attraction she instantly had for Demyan the head of the Bratva. The way he punishes her is more than she expected but she doesn’t want him to stop. She is drawn to him and doesn’t want to let him go! Demyan knows “Calina” is hiding something. She doesn’t appear to be mentally unstable and suffering brain damage but he can’t quite figure it out but he will stop at nothing to ensure she knows her place and what is expected of her to pay off the debt she owes him.This book is full of dominance and some punishments but it also shows the risks and measures people will go for the ones they love. You will fall in love with Larissa & Demyan. They are quite the pair and you will enjoy every minute of this book! Happy Reading!

Her sister stole from the mafia, when she remembers that they are the ones that killed her father. She will do anything to protect her mentally sick sister, even from the mafia. The mafia boss takes her, and makes her pay for the money she stole with her body, but he takes the wrong sister. He trains her to his liking, and punishes her for any disobedience. Slowly she starts breaking his walls, and once they marry they have fallen for each other. But after her mistake of calling her friends to learn of her sisters well being, he punishes her. Then later on learns the truth she hid from him, and let’s her go because he loves her. She goes to save her sister and he goes after her, then gives her the choice to stay with him or leave if she wants.

Once again, Jane Henry had me hooked with this second tale in the Wicked Doms series that I read it in one sitting. Larissa and Demyan's story is not easy or straightforward and the passion that ignited unexpectedly for both of them seems to soothe both as they develop into so much more than either counted on. Demyan is dark, focused and one of a strong and powerful brotherhood who takes his commitment to 'family' extremely seriously. Larissa is just as devoted but provides the light, innocence, love and acceptance that Demyan needs and desires. As the dark brutal fight between the Bratva continues in an on going theme that threads it's way throughout this book, it keeps us wanting to see how it all plays out but happy as Demyan and Larissa's story provides light in the darkness. Jane Henry has managed to write a story that can be read as a standalone but one that also weaves a subplot having begun in book one, The Bratva's Baby, that I recommend you read for a full understanding of this world she is creating. I can't wait to see more of the brotherhood and hope we see Maksym begin his journey to finding peace in the next offering of the Wicked Doms series.

What an absolute load of rubbish!! You’ll notice all the good reviews are from people who have been given the book to read. I haven’t and I would say don’t waste your money. There are so many great books out there, this definitely isn’t one of them.

A Russian mafia romance, started off well, had a good plot and characters, but fell away towards the end for me. It seemed rushed, one minute the hero was adamant she was a toy and there to serve him and then suddenly they were in love with each other. It was just a little too quick and rushed, but overall a good romance with a couple of twists and turns that kept me turning the page, but for me it needed a bit more depth.....sorry!

I liked this story in really did but if it weren't for the reviews I never would have bought it.I like this genre but why do they all have such clandestine and foreboding blurbs! I get it, the mafia hero is a tortured soul and she's pure but feisty, but whats the bloody plot ffs!

I think this book is awesome.Hot ,hot,hot and kept me gripped.Fab characters and a really enjoyable story with twists and turns a plenty.Fantastic love story.
