Great quality hat. I was honestly surprised when I saw the "made in Russia" tag. I have only one issue though. Perhaps it was just my ushanka, but mine had a really awkward smell to it. It wasn't like a synthetic, factory or chemical smell, it was more of a 'I've worn and sweated in this hat for months' smell. It took somewhat of an effort to get rid of the smell. I used auto carpet cleaner, baking soda, laundry / dish detergent to get the smell out. I was unable to wear it for about 2 weeks until that odor was gone. That is the reason I can't give my specific sample 5 stars.

Nice hat, great for the price spent, pleased with the quality for sure. It fits (fairly tight), but I ordered a medium and thought it would be a little larger than it is. I certainly will buy more from these folks again, I just might order items a little larger.
