The quality of the dried scallops appear to be good. Have not used them as yet but hope to do so soon.

It is a quality product. It even smells nice.
I like the fact that it is not fishy smelling, it is big enough that it is not dried out and hard to reconstitute. I used it to make the famous Hong Kong X-O sauce. Would buy it again and again.

I ordered from the same seller not long ago. But this time, the scallops are much smaller than the ones I ordered with the same item. I wouldn't order it again.
