FERMAX 3431 56304 Interphone 4+N VEO Universal, Neutro

Great item. Was worried about wiring it in but easy to follow the wiring colours. It comes with a wiring diagram for lots of old handsets which included mine (replacing the original handset from a 1980s built flat). No issues and good quality.

Good quality product to replace our (very) old intercom handset. The customer service is great, installation cristal clear and the value for money is good! However! Be aware! If you planning to replace your old, awful buzzer and hoping you gonna get a nicer ring, you will be disappointed as although the handset supports this, is your intercom system which needs to support electric ring option instead AC buzzer.

The FERMAX 3431 56304 INTERFON 4+N VEO Universal replaced an old 1950s entryphone / intercom in one apartment in a block of flats. It is easy to install, if you follow the instructions. The buzzer is good, not jarring, and the in/out audio are very good with great clarity.

Box damaged when arrived looked opened, buzzer can not be heard more 20cm away from unit also speaker and mic does not work. Awful product

Used as a direct replacement for a old Urmet 1130 / 11. I have attached the old wiring to the new Fermax incase this is of use to anyone

The handpiece didn't stay on base when installed and constantly buzzing. Paid electrician 80.00 to install. And then had to remove it. Lost 80.00 for this piece of rubbish

El Fermax Teléfono VEO 4+N Universal cumple perfectamente su función. Lo instalé para sustituir un telefonillo antiguo y la instalación fue sencilla, con un funcionamiento inmediato. El sonido se escucha claro y el botón de apertura responde bien. El diseño es simple y discreto, sin florituras, pero se nota que es un producto fiable para el día a día. Ideal si buscas un repuesto universal sin complicaciones.

Unser braunes Siedle HT411-02 von 1981 hat sich bei Renovierungsarbeiten in zig Teile zerlegt. Das aktuelle Ersatzgerät HTA-811-0W von Siedle in 6+n-Technik war mir persönlich zu teuer. Achtung: Das günstigere HTS-811-0W nutzt 1+n-Technik und funktioniert an alten 6+n Hausanlagen nicht. Auf der Suche nach Alternativen bin ich zunächst auf das Fermax 3399 Loft Universal gestoßen und dann auf das Nachfolgemodell Fermax VEO 4+N 3431 Universal-Telefon, das ich schließlich als Amazon-Retourenware „Gebraucht – wie neu“ gekauft habe. Die Verpackung war etwas beschädigt, das Gerät selbst jedoch einwandfrei. Das Fermax VEO 4+N 3431 wird laut Beschreibung als kompatibel mit dem Siedle HT611 angegeben. Da die 6+n-Telefone von Siedle untereinander kompatibel sind, sollte es also auch mit dem HT411 funktionieren. Die Pin-Belegung für das HT411 habe ich im Internet recherchiert. Folgende Pin-Belegung hat bei uns funktioniert: HT411-02 → Fermax 3431 I (römisch 1) → 1 12 → 2 9 & 8 → 3 (beide Drähte gemeinsam auf 3) 7 → 4 11 → 6 Der Draht von Pin 3 des HT411 wird am Fermax nicht angeschlossen. Vermutlich war das der externe Lichtschalter, denn das HT411 besitzt zwei Tasten (Türöffner und Haustürlichtschalter). Einstellungen am Fermax: SW1 auf U- (links), SW2 auf Z (rechts). Bei der Inbetriebnahme hatten wir in unserer Hausanlage (2-Familien-Haus) zunächst auf beiden Haustelefonen ein Brummen. Im Internet gibt es Hinweise, dass dies auf ein defektes Netzteil hindeuten kann. Bei uns war die Ursache allerdings trivial: In der Haustürsprechanlage Siedle TL411 brannte nach dem Anschluss des Fermax das Sprechen-Lämpchen dauerhaft. Dieses Lämpchen ist über eine Brücke mit beiden Klingelknöpfen verbunden. Nach dem Abziehen eines Steckers vom Lämpchen war das Licht aus und das Brummen verschwunden. Ergebnis: Sprachqualität gut, Türöffner funktioniert, Klingel funktioniert – mehr brauchen wir nicht. Hinweis: Im Fermax sind zwei Potentiometer verbaut, mit denen man die Sprech- und Hörlautstärke einstellen kann. Beim Versuch, sie mit einem Schraubenzieher zu verstellen, habe ich den Plastik-Schraubenkopf abgedreht. Vermutlich muss man gleichzeitig drücken und drehen. Für uns passt die Werkseinstellung aber ohnehin.

N’achetez pas ce microphone si vous avez un airphone vc-k la sonnerie ne fonctionne pas Même s’il est listé alors vous n’entendez pas si des gens sonnent à la porte et même si ça ne fonctionne pas, la compagnie ne paie pas le retour 21$ canadien de vos poche pour quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas.
