This gnome is so cute. If I were to change anything it would be the hats. Instead of different color checks it would be nice to have some seasonal. Starts & stripes, Santa hat, bunny ears/hat. If you are even a little artistic you could buy some inexpensive wood cutouts to make more seasonal options. Just paint, add a piece of velcro to the back. Nice rainy day project for the kids if you trust them with a paintbrush.

I think it’s really cute and sturdy I plan on putting it on my door and I really like the fact that I can pretty much use it year round.. great price for all the pieces..
