I'm gone through 7 cell phones and 9 months. I mean in industry that's pretty rough on cell phones. This phone is going to last for a couple reasons. the fact that it's a wireless charger so I won't wear out my wireless port or it won't get dirty oh, and the fact that the battery life is so unbelievably long I cannot believe it. The phone is ultra-thin and unbreakable. No cover or case or screen cover to buy they made it right the first time. Blackview makes many phones this is the third model I have had and I totally trashed the other three which are explosion-proof dust-proof etcetera but usually the problem I had was the charging port always wears out with this phone I have a long battery life as super fast charge rate and it's a wireless charger not to mention it is a rugged cell phone waterproof explosion-proof etc and thin and lightweight and I hope I'm as happy with it tomorrow as I have been the last 2 days. If I could give you one bit of advice don't buy any other phone from blackview... Take it from the man that can break anything oh, this is the phone you want.

The phone in general is good, but when I tried to have it charge wirelessly on the "RegisBox Magic Circle Wireless Charger" which is Qi certified and had the correct voltage, it doesn't work.

I was on the fence until I got it .I now love the phone! So far no big dislikes maybe a small one with the default launcher you swipe left to right or right to left to go back which is problematic when using apps with the same functionality amazon for example I kept closing out of amazon because I would side swipe to navigate the app. I didn't go for 5 g because I don't use the phone like my 14 year old and not spending hundreds more on more speed that I won't notice anyway. Wireless charging, facial recognition, fingerprint, number of cores and ram (system runs smooth as butter) as well as storage space and duel sim capable, not to mention the battery life it's an incredible deal an absolute no brainer stop thinking and click add to cart. No issues with hardware

Bought this phone last December to replace an older Motorola. Switching over was easy, just needed to move over my SIM card and my carrier (T-Mobile) recognized the phone. Just needed to reinstall some apps and set up email (I use a tablet or laptop for browsing).I was really happy with its performance until just recently. The screen now freezes periodically. I'll be in the middle of a text, scrolling through a page, and even on the lockscreen when the screen just stops working. I have to either press the power button, twice, or reboot the phone. Doing any of this once usually resolves the problem, but sometimes it takes multiple resets. This should not be happening on a phone that is less than a year old!I have reached out to Blackview Support and ... crickets.I really had high hopes for this phone, but I'm very disappointed in its performance. Based on that, I would recommend that you look elsewhere for a rugged phone.

I bought the BV 6300Pro on sept 2021. Overall it was working fine but the touch screen frequently did not read the finger and I had to turn it off and on again, for it to work. For the last two weeks (June 2023) it worsened to the point I have been needing to turn off the screen and back on after only typing a few words or looking for a phone number. Since yesterday, the screen turns black when a call comes in thus you can't even answer it. I have old, $75 phones that still work perfectly after 6 years. This phone is truly CCC (cheap china ch...) I do not recommend it. I gave it a try because of the dual SIM slots but it's, in my opinion a garbage product. Spend more and get a better brand. Hope this helps and hopefully the manufacturer actually makes an effort to correct this. The internet is now full of this same complaint.

I have had this phone for about 4 months. I straight up MELTED this phones camera yesterday placing it on the stove forgetting it was hot and I haven't had any issues whatsoever aside from my camera looking like drunk vision! Anyways GREAT product for the money totally handles ANYTHING to could throw at it! Runs smoothly and the fingerprint STILL works even after the camera right above it was melted. Great GREAT product any other phone you wouldn't have been able to get off of that burner never mind turn it right on and have no issues with anything but the camera!

The main camera has a very long delay to take a picture. The pictures look grainy and the lighting is no good. $50 phones from 5 years ago take better pictures.

Phone is good for the money. Is rugged, thick, and a good weight to it. The colors are bright and the operating system is android 10, so it's good. It's only 3g, and had a hard time hooking up bluetooth. Overall is a good phone.
