Hi, yes everything you need is there. Just down load software from iTracker. Hint don’t use a hub as has to be connected to usb socket on computer,

What max size monitor does this work with (mine is 32" and 24 ") and can it cope with dual monitor setup or only one monitor?

I am using mine on a 42" TV and works very well, I also have in the living room a dual monitor 24" setup, and that works very well I hope this helps you.

Does the tracker that goes on the screen have to be centred, or can it be on the corner of the screen?

It is preferable that it is centred, but you can still use it at an angle, however, it is not as accurate at an angle. It all depends on as long as it can see the reflectors.
