I've never even heard of DHC before, but now I'm going to start using their products. This brand is very affordable, but effective as well. I've tried three other companies with a similar product like this, but it's about 3x the price of this one and it does the absolute same thing, nothing special. I'm just going to stick with this, I'm really happy with it. This DHC Face Wash Powder is part of my skincare routine now. As someone with sensitive skin, I’m always hesitant to try new products, but this one exceeded all my expectations. The lightweight powder transforms into the most luxurious, creamy lather, making my skincare routine feel like a spa experience. If you want a little more exfoliation for those rough skin days, then all you have to do is not put as much water and then you'll have a little more aggressive exfoliation without any agitation. The exfoliation is gentle yet effective, so it leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth and hydrated, never tight or dry. I also appreciate that it's fragrance and colorant-free, making it perfect for all skin types, including mine. Even though I have sensitive skin, I'm a pretty heavy makeup user but this face wash really cleanses deeply while keeping your skin nourished. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

This face wash powder is awesome! (I’m on my fifth bottle). It lasts a long time since a little is all you need — with a few drops of water — to work up a beautiful, creamy/foamy lather. Although the directions indicate to ‘add water’, you really don’t HAVE to. After splashing your face, your hands will contain enough water droplets on them to sufficiently activate a dime-sized amount of powder into a beautiful, creamy/foamy lather. The soap leaves your face feeling clean but not dry. (I cannot speak to how well it removes makeup, as I use micellar water prior to using this). I have not experienced any clogged pores, rashes/redness or adverse reactions to this cleanser. I initially began using DHC’s cleansing oil and fell in love with that. However, I wanted something that traveled better/no messes. And, what could travel better than a non-liquid?!?

Just a little product creates a rich lather. Cleans without drying out the skin. I’ve used for several years. Good value. Easy to travel with, too.

I like this cleanser a lot. I've ordered a few bottles already. For reference, I am in my mid-30's with oily skin and very mild acne. I haven't had any issues with this powder breaking me out, and it washes cleanly without leaving my skin feeling tight or dry. No noticeable smell. I use a little less than a dime-sized amount in damp hands. It doesn't feel grainy at all once mixed with water. The lather is not terribly foamy. Works well with removing light makeup (if I'm wearing heavier makeup, I will remove with a makeup wipe first). I also like that since it's a powder it's very travel friendly. If you're looking for a gentle, basic powder cleanser, this is a good affordable option. If you're looking for something to specifically fight acne, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Absolutely love this wash! I started off using the foaming wash but it dried my skin out, so I switched to the cleansing oil, which didn't help with my blackheads and didn't leave my skin feeling totally clean. I do use the oil to remove my makeup (when I wear it) which it is great for, but I still follow up with this powder wash. It makes my skin soft and supple on the dry parts and thoroughly cleanses the oily parts without drying. I finally found something that does it all, so I'm a very happy customer! Love DHC!!!

Love this! Incredible lather with very minimal product used, skin feels super clean afterwards. Great price for what you get. Also love that it’s got clean ingredients.

This is my FAVORITE face cleanser. It comes in powder form and you use a small amount with water. It is so easy to use and does a great job of cleansing. It also so easy to use when traveling. I've used this for years and will continue to do so.
