Normally I have to put a lot of salt on things and I normally use a pink salt but I figured why not try this. I love it. The flavor a little pinch brings out in foods is really great and makes the food taste better without being too salty. Not to add it makes it great for pretending to add salt to my kids food when she doesn't need it but just wants it because she thinks she wants it.Highly recommend this product as a little of it goes a long way. The price isn't too bad for the amount gotten but it's well worth it for the flavor it adds.

The salt tastes like salt, it's has the same size/consistency of normal table salt. These are not large pieces of salt like most sea salts are so this would work in a standard salt shaker. The packaging is all Japanese characters, the only the labels that were added are in English. For 4 oz of salt the price is high which is currently at $18.99.

Fine sea salt from Okinawa, Japan. Comes in a nice resealable pouch. The saltiness is pretty much the same as regular sea salt. Also it is pretty fine, making it easy to dissolve into water and food. Price is a bit high though. It can also be used to condition other sea salt, haven't tried that but sounds fun. Worth trying.
