The blade is sharp and that's a good thing, Width of blade is very narrow and handle is OK at best. If your looking for a wider blade and a good handle this is not it. Otherwise if your not concerned with those qualities the knife is very good and very sharp. Bought a Faberware knife at Walmart and the handle was much better than this one.

The knife is very sharp and easy to use.

I used this knife as a basic kitchen knife to cut all kinds of vegetables and fruits like potato that can be cut straight down, but for other like tomato's or pomegranates i used the serrated one,I'm very satisfied with it, also the quality is very good it stays sharp for very long time and then sharpened very smooth and easy with the Icel care instruction, I like Icel more then other brands because of the sharpens and colors its wonderful to have all colors at home to celebrate all types of occasions with it. i use the red and white colors for our Christmas party's then the blue yellow and green (like this) for stylish upscale party's then the black i use for the whole year round as basic paring knife, also it washes gorgeous in the dishwasher.I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYBODY TO USE THIS KNIFE AND ALL KIND OF THEM YOU'LL SURELY BE SATISFIED AS I.

Love it!! I have a bunch of these serrated paring knives but had always bought shorter ones. Glad I tried the (slightly) longer length - it's even better. Good and sharp - don't make the same mistake I did and accidentaly cut your tablecloth!! It's easy to find in the drawer due to the bright color and works well for so many things. A necessity in my kitchen and I plan to order 3 more for each of my kids for their Christmas stockings.

So I ordered these pairing knives a long time ago and they were awesome! I lost one in a move and the other through constant use. I currently have 1 left and ordered this new red one. What a mistake- it's cheaper than the original and doesn't have the same heft- a cheaper plastic handle to be more specific. I find that so many new products are inferior to their originals. I wish I would have went more expensive and gotten what I wanted. So sad...

Surprisingly sharp, works well even though it feels a bit light in hand. Blade isn't very substantial and plastic handle just doesn't have a good grip. Still for an inexpensive (cheap) paring knife, it'll do for awhile. I should have saved up to purchase the $75 knife I really want, but I didn't and I'm going to keep using this one until I'm prepared to pay for a decent one.

I bought this knife to replace a paring knife I had for years. A great purchase. I love the size and sharpness. So easy to use. Cutting with it is a pleasure!

I am tired of paying 100$ for a knife that stays sharp for one month. After I sharpen them myself, they stay sharp 1 week. These little buggers stay sharp a very long time, and they have the level of sharpness of expensive knives. I have expensive knives and cheap knives and can tell the difference. When they wear off, i take them to cut shad and carp for cut bait for catfish fishing. They cut much better than the fillet knives i was using. Just buy this and you will love it.
